Once part of the original village Forge, Wheelwrights Cottage is a cosy, character-filled retreat for two. Perfectly positioned as your base for exploring Dorset, it's ideal for couples looking for comfort, charm, and countryside adventures right from the door.

The cottage is dog-friendly, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the break too. Wander along the scenic footpaths that start just outside the gate, then return to relax in your own private, enclosed courtyard — ideal for lazy breakfasts in the sun or stargazing in the evening.

Inside, a crackling wood burner sets the scene for snug nights in, while the thoughtful mix of original features and modern comforts makes Wheelwrights Cottage a welcoming home-from-home. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, you'll find the perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and easy access to all that beautiful Dorset has to offer.
