Do feel free to wonder up through the orchard to say hello to the animals, But please do not enter the fields.
Horses – You'll soon meet your charming ‘neigh’bours, Lily and Shortie. They're very friendly, but please don’t feed them—they have plenty of hay and grass, and hand feeding can make them a little too nibbly!
Chickens – Our flock includes bantams, Marans, Welsummers, and Black Rocks. They roam the field happily and lay the most beautiful sunshine-yellow eggs, which you will enjoy for your breakfast!
Dog – Our resident Westie, Bonnie, is small, friendly, and loves to say hello. She's part of the welcoming committee!

We’re a small, family-run B&B with just two beautifully appointed rooms.
The Melbury Room is our spacious family room, featuring a king-size bed, en suite shower room, and a comfy sofa bed perfect for little ones.
The Courtyard Room is a cosy double with its own private bathroom just next door.
Our small size means we can offer a warm, personal experience — we love getting to know our guests and making sure you feel right at home.

We do have WiFi throughout the house, but signal can be a little patchy here in the heart of the countryside. It’s all part of the charm! We encourage you to unplug, slow down, and soak up the peace and quiet — the perfect excuse to switch off and reconnect with nature, your loved ones, and yourself.
